Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Organanticlearin.ddd uses cookies and similar technologies on organanticlearin.world. In Australia, information collected via cookies may be personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and is handled according to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and our Privacy Policy. See also AI Transparency for automated analytics. Visitors in the EEA/UK are also covered by GDPR/ePrivacy rules where applicable.

2. Australian legal framework
The OAIC treats many online identifiers (including some cookie data) as personal information when they can reasonably identify an individual. We:
- provide clear notice about cookies (this Policy and our banner);
- obtain consent before non-essential cookies that are not reasonably necessary for our functions (APP 3 and APP 5);
- allow you to withdraw consent as easily as you gave it;
- take reasonable steps to secure cookie-related data (APP 11).
Complaints may be made to us or the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
3. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site. We also use local storage (for example, to remember your cookie choices under the key tdde_cookie_consent). “Similar technologies” includes pixels or tags that may be loaded if marketing tools are enabled.
4. Categories of cookies
4.1 Strictly necessary (always active)
These are reasonably necessary to operate the Site — for example security, load balancing, and storing your consent decision. They do not require consent under APP 3 because collection is necessary for our core functions. Under GDPR they rely on legitimate interests or necessity.
4.2 Analytics (optional — consent required)
Help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type). Activated only if you click Accept all or enable Analytics in Cookie settings.
4.3 Marketing (optional — consent required)
May support remarketing or personalised advertising if we enable such tools. Activated only with your consent. If we use these tools, they may set third-party cookies governed by the provider’s policy.
5. Cookie list (examples)
| Name / type | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
tdde_cookie_consent (local storage) | Us | Stores consent choices | Up to 12 months |
| Session cookies | Us / hosting | Security, session management | Session |
| Analytics cookies (if accepted) | Third-party analytics* | Usage statistics | Per provider (often up to 26 months) |
| Marketing cookies (if accepted) | Third-party ad partners* | Advertising / remarketing | Per provider |
*We only load third-party analytics or marketing technologies after you consent. Specific names will match the tools active at the time of your visit.
6. Your choices — banner and settings
On your first visit (and until you save a choice), a banner offers:
- Accept all — analytics and marketing cookies may be used.
- Reject — only strictly necessary cookies and local storage for consent.
- Cookie settings — turn analytics and marketing on or off separately; necessary cookies stay on.
You may withdraw consent at any time by: changing settings in the banner (clear site data for this domain to see it again), adjusting browser controls, or emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
7. Automated analysis and AI (optional cookies)
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, providers may use automated processing, including machine-learning, on usage data (such as IP address or device identifiers). This is disclosed under APP 1 and APP 5. See Privacy Policy sections 16–17 and AI Transparency. We do not use cookie data to train our own generative AI models.
8. Overseas disclosure (APP 8)
Analytics or marketing providers may process cookie data on servers outside Australia. See our Privacy Policy section 9. Rejecting optional cookies limits such disclosure.
9. Retention
- Consent records: up to 12 months.
- Session cookies: deleted when you close the browser.
- Analytics/marketing cookies: per provider settings if you have consented.
10. Browser and device controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions are available from your browser vendor (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Blocking all cookies may stop some Site features from working.
Do Not Track (DNT) signals are not uniformly recognised in Australia; we respond to your explicit cookie choices via our banner.
11. Updates
We may update this Policy when our technologies or the law change. Check the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site.
12. More information and rights
See our Privacy Policy for access, correction, complaints, NDB notifications, and direct marketing rules. Contact us at the details in section 1 or via the contact form.
